Size

There are two options of products in this listing:

B-GRADE and C-GRADE

Please do read the description carefully before purchasing

B-Grade products: items that's still in decent conditions (wearable) but with minor defects!

conditions: products will either have:

  • washable or light stains*
    *    stains can be removed using in between detergent or bleach!
  • little hole on material/embroidery
  • minor stitches' misalignment!

C-Grade products: items that's still in decent conditions (wearable) but with a more noticeable defects such as:

  • bigger holes (0,5-1 cm holes on embroidery, materials especially around the arm cuffs)
  • A messier embroidery alignment than B-Grades
  • A more stubborn stain or faded stain that have undergone an attempt to be removed

The categorization of B and C-Grades are based on our QC judgment, by buying B-Grade and C-Grade products, customers were considered to have been informed by the conditions that have been stated on this descriptions, no returns/refunds terms available for these items.

How to care

1. Screenprinted
* Machine wash cold inside out // low speed 
tumble dry low or hang dry // do not iron // do not wring
2. Embroidery
* Machine wash cold inside out // low speed
tumble dry low or hang dry // do not wring
3. Printed-On
* Machine wash normal speed // with same color
4. Knit
* Machine wash cold inside out // low speed //dry low temperature

5. Tulle

* wash cold inside out // delicate setting//dry low temperature

6. Raincoat
- Best cleaning with hand wash. if must, low tumble in machine washing
- Iron with low heat, on parachute side - best to iron in damp conditions
- Do not mix with other color - wash together with same color materials.
- Hang to dry
- Stains can be removed using wet wipes with little amounts of detergents
- Do not use: benzoyl peroxide, alpha hydroxy acids and chlorine bleach, fabric softener, harsh liquid and powdered detergents

Shipping

Purchase made will usually be processed within 3-7 weekdays, depends on loads of the orders we received, and shipped on the following weeks. International shipment generally took 2-3 weeks or months depends on the country destination, your patience is appreciated!

Return policy

All purchases made are final. In the event where a shipped order contains incorrect goods or the fault is otherwise our own, we will do my best to offer exchanges, replacements (as long as stock is available) or a refund as appropriate. However, We cannot accept returns/exchanges in any other instance (e.g. lost or stolen articles, damage during transit) as post office handling it beyond the store's control.

We cannot redirect a package once it is dispatched. Please email your correct or updated address within the week of ordering. In the event that the customer entered a wrong address and the package is returned, the customer will be charged another shipping fee for the order to be resent.
