Lattelog #14: Shipping to the US and more!

We just returned from a short break and we've got something important to announce for our loyal customers in the US. We can now domestically ship to the US (for selected items only)! We're currently still looking for alternative options and waiting on more news regarding the tax regulations but for now, we'll be testing out the new procedure. Please note that this is only a trial period.

For the US, we will only be shipping ANYC leftovers and trinkets. If all goes well, we'll start adding more listings for new collections and pre-orders. You can find the listings for US-only shipping here.

As of the 5th of September, We have several options for shipping to the US:

1) Group Order: Closes every 30th on each month, prices include tax, shipped to our US-based warehouse and fulfilled on the first 2 weeks after it arrives in the US

2) Domestic Shipping: Lesser variety for items, cheaper prices for US shipment as it is shipped from our US-based warehouse

Group orders allow US-based customers to join our ongoing preorders for new collections that will be releasing in the future. This would help with cushioning the taxes and sharing amongst other US customers. It may take longer than usual as we will be shipping them from Indonesia. Our US-based warehouse will then continue with fulfillment and shipping approximately 2 weeks after it arrives in their warehouse.

As for domestic shipping, some ready stock items available to the rest of the world may not be available for the US as they are quite limited. Only trinkets are available at the store for now, but we will add more listings in the future. These will be handled by the US-based warehouse.
