- Best cleaning with hand wash. if must, low tumble in machine washing
- Iron with low heat, on parachute side - best to iron in damp conditions
- Do not mix with other color - wash together with same color materials.
- Hang to dry
- Stains can be removed using wet wipes with little amounts of detergents
- Do not use: benzoyl peroxide, alpha hydroxy acids and chlorine bleach, fabric softener, harsh liquid and powdered detergents
Purchase made will usually be processed within 3-7 weekdays, depends on loads of the orders we received, and shipped on the following weeks. International shipment generally took 2-3 weeks or months depends on the country destination, your patience is appreciated!
All purchases made are final. In the event where a shipped order contains incorrect goods or the fault is otherwise our own, we will do my best to offer exchanges, replacements (as long as stock is available) or a refund as appropriate. However, We cannot accept returns/exchanges in any other instance (e.g. lost or stolen articles, damage during transit) as post office handling it beyond the store's control.
We cannot redirect a package once it is dispatched. Please email your correct or updated address within the week of ordering. In the event that the customer entered a wrong address and the package is returned, the customer will be charged another shipping fee for the order to be resent.
