all shipment from this website is using POS INDONESIA, which currently is partnering with DHL, Best and Aramex shipment service for international shipment from Jakarta during COVID19
SNOWLATTES.co isn’t responsible for rebounced packages,
Rebounced orders will be refunded without the shipping fee if the customer didn’t reply the notification sent by store owner within 2 weeks
SNOWLATTES.co cannot provide refunds out of pocket for lost orders as office mishandling is out of the store’s control, and is not affiliated with any custom taxes distributed by destination country’s post offices
All products remain SNOWLATTES’ property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from snowlattes.co
All transfers conducted through SNOWLATTES.co are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
RETURN and REFUND
All purchases made are final. In the event where a shipped order contains incorrect goods or the fault is otherwise my own, I will do my best to offer exchanges, replacements (as long as stock is available) or a refund as appropriate. However, I cannot accept returns/exchanges in any other instance (e.g. lost or stolen articles, damage during transit) as post office handling it beyond the store's control.
I cannot redirect a package once it is dispatched. Please email your correct or updated address within the week of ordering. In the event that the customer entered a wrong address and the package is returned, the customer will be charged another shipping fee for the order to be resent.
The customer will be e-mailed when orders are fulfilled. Please be assured that your order is packed as safely as possible so you can receive it in its best quality. Should you have an issue with your items, have any feedback or complaint about packaging, please contact me at email@example.com

SNOWLATTES.co reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, store owner has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. SNOWLATTES.co shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
always wash screen-printed garments inside out. This protects the screen print from abrasions from other items sharing the washer. Wash screen-printed items with those made of the same (or similar) fabrics to decrease pilling and lint transferring. Use a very mild detergent or a product like Woolite™ when washing screen-printed clothing. Always wash in cool water. All water temperatures below 90° Fahrenheit are safe for screen-printed garments. Hand-wash the garment if possible or use the washing machine’s gentle cycle.
for Drying: Hang the garment or lay it flat to dry. Use a cool iron, if necessary, and iron the screen-printed garment inside out. Iron the screen-printed garment between two pieces of cloth to protect the design.more information

for Drying: Hang dry on wooden or plastic hangers (strongly recommended) If machine dried, set for AIR or Low heat ONLY Remove promptly when cycle is completedmore information
All embroidered garments should be washed with a mild detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach or optical brightening agents. If bleach is required for washing, use non-chlorine bleach in accordance with product instructions . Machine wash cold water. Delicate wash cycle. If color residue appears in water, rinse first in lukewarm water and then cold several times until rinse water becomes clear. Remove promptly after wash cycle completion. Never leave any piece of embroidered clothing soaking or in water or lying in a pile when wet. Upon completion of washing cycle place articles immediately in dryer, use normal setting. (For best results, we recommend preheating the dryer.) Do not wring out the embroidered articles. Do not rub stained embroidery.
for Drying: Embroidery may be dry cleaned, however, extreme care should be exercised when dry cleaning. Special care must be taken when dark shades are dry cleaned. Avoid use of pre-spotting agents.more information
