SHIPPING + COVID19 update

SNOWLATTES.co will always provide tracking number to all orders, customers are suggested to keep tracking on their order on either:

    all shipment from this website is using POS INDONESIAwhich currently is partnering with DHL, Best and Aramex shipment service for international shipment from Jakarta during COVID19

    SNOWLATTES.co isn’t responsible for rebounced packages,

    Rebounced orders will be refunded without the shipping fee if the customer didn’t reply the notification sent by store owner within 2 weeks

    SNOWLATTES.co cannot provide refunds out of pocket for lost orders as office mishandling is out of the store’s control, and is not affiliated with any custom taxes distributed by destination country’s post offices

    PAYMENT

    All products remain SNOWLATTES’ property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from snowlattes.co

    All transfers conducted through SNOWLATTES.co are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

    RETURN and REFUND

    All purchases made are final. In the event where a shipped order contains incorrect goods or the fault is otherwise my own, I will do my best to offer exchanges, replacements (as long as stock is available) or a refund as appropriate. However, I cannot accept returns/exchanges in any other instance (e.g. lost or stolen articles, damage during transit) as post office handling it beyond the store's control.

    I cannot redirect a package once it is dispatched. Please email your correct or updated address within the week of ordering. In the event that the customer entered a wrong address and the package is returned, the customer will be charged another shipping fee for the order to be resent. 

    The customer will be e-mailed when orders are fulfilled. Please be assured that your order is packed as safely as possible so you can receive it in its best quality.     All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by SNOWLATTES.co as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to SNOWLATTES.co and Shopify and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request applefloat to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the SNOWLATTES.co’s Conditions, you agree to the above.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    SNOWLATTES.co reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, store owner has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. SNOWLATTES.co shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
